At Little Nook Tackle House, we carefully inspect and pack every order. Due to the nature of fishing tackle and collectible/limited items, we only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

1) Eligible Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item arrives defective (manufacturer defect), damaged in transit, or

  • You received an incorrect item (not what you ordered).

2) Return Window

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Requests submitted after 14 days may not be eligible.

  • 3) How to Start a Return or Exchange

    1. Order number

    2. Item name / variation (color)

    3. Clear photos (and/or a short video) showing the issue:

      • The product defect/damage

      • Packaging damage (if any)

      • Shipping label (if relevant)

    4. A brief description of the problem

    We will reply with the next steps and, if approved, provide the return shipping instructions.

    4) Return Condition Requirements

    To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused, in the original condition, and

    • Returned with original packaging (when applicable), tags, and accessories.

    We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, alteration, or missing components.

    5) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is approved for defective/damaged/incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label (or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, depending on the case).

  • Please do not ship items back without approval—unapproved returns may be refused.

  • 6) Refunds

    If a refund is approved:

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • Processing time: typically 5–10 business days after inspection (bank processing times may vary).

    • If the item is out of stock and an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund.

    7) Exchanges

    If an exchange is approved:

    • We will replace the item with the same product/variation when available.

    • If the same variation is unavailable, we can offer:

      • A replacement of equal value, or

      • A refund (if you prefer or no suitable replacement exists)

    8) Non-Returnable Items

    We do not accept returns for:

    • Items that are not defective/damaged/incorrect

    • Items that have been used, modified, or missing parts/packaging

    • Clearance / final sale items (if marked as final sale on the product page)
