At Little Nook, we carefully inspect and pack every order before shipment. Due to the nature of fishing tackle, collectible items, and limited-edition products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • the item arrives with a manufacturer defect,

  • the item is damaged during transit, or

  • you received the wrong item.

Return Request Window

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

    Requests submitted after 14 days of delivery may not be eligible.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. To begin a return or exchange, please email us with the following information:

    • your order number,

    • the item name and variation (such as color),

    • clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue,

    • photos of the packaging damage, if applicable,

    • the shipping label, if relevant, and

    • a brief description of the problem.

    Once we review your request, we will provide the next steps. If your return or exchange is approved, we will send you the return instructions.

Return Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • unused,

  • in its original condition, and

  • returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories, when applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, alteration, damage caused after delivery, or missing components.

Return Shipping Costs

If your return is approved because the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, depending on the situation.

Please do not return any item without prior approval. Unapproved returns may be refused.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • the refund will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item, and

  • processing typically takes 5–10 business days after inspection, although bank processing times may vary.

If the item is out of stock and an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, we will replace the item with the same product and variation whenever available.

If the same item or variation is unavailable, we may offer:

  • a replacement item of equal value, or

  • a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect,

  • items that have been used, modified, or returned without original packaging or required parts, and

  • clearance or final sale items, if marked as final sale on the product page.
