We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
    • Refund processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

If the same item is not available, we may offer a refund or an alternative solution.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

     

  • If the return is due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the approved return shipping cost.

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
